Q: How do I contact MMP support?
A: In the back office of your MMP account, on the left side menu, there is a Help Center tab which will allow you to open a ticket with your issue.
Q: How do I retrieve my account password and transaction password?
A: When you do a Forgot Password on the Login Page, you will be emailed BOTH the account password AND the transaction password.
Q: 'What do I do next after registering my MMP account?'
A: Probably the most important next step is to secure your position matrix 2 & 3 and beyond if you can. This means upgrading to those levels in the Group Certificate.
Q: Why is this so important to do now?
A: The ONLY place that we are able to recruit new members to is in the Level 1 matrix. If individuals go on to build their own team, that team will build down, down, down. This will create so many people on the bottom that will be difficult to support and will have no support from the overall GlobalTeam Build that MMP has been designed to fulfill.
