Q: How do I contact MMP support?

A: In the back office of your MMP account, on the left side menu, there is a Help Center tab which will allow you to open a ticket with your issue.

Q: How do I retrieve my account password and transaction password?

A: When you do a Forgot Password on the Login Page, you will be emailed BOTH the account password AND the transaction password.

Q: 'What do I do next after registering my MMP account?'

A: Probably the most important next step is to secure your position matrix 2 & 3 and beyond if you can. This means upgrading to those levels in the Group Certificate.

Q: Why is this so important to do now?

A: The ONLY place that we are able to recruit new members to is in the Level 1 matrix. If individuals go on to build their own team, that team will build down, down, down. This will create so many people on the bottom that will be difficult to support and will have no support from the overall GlobalTeam Build that MMP has been designed to fulfill.

Securing your Level 2 and 3 positions sooner than later means that you are ahead of the overall build that will continue to go deep...You can NOT recruit/add people to Level 2 because MMP is a force fed matrix and all positions are filled across with no holes.

If you are able to, upgrade your Certificate into a Level 2 Certificate. This puts you into Matrix 2 AS WELL as you remain in Matrix 1.

Establishing your position early on in Matrix 2 is extremely important for you to earn as early in the opportunity as possible.

Again, leaving the upgrade into Matrix 2 until later means that the more people that join before you, the longer you'll wait for a return.

Just a note... Even if you are already involved in a group team build, or doing your own solo build, it would be in your best interest to register and set in motion a position in the MMP GlobalTeam Build as well in order to take full advantage of how the matrix is designed to benefit ALL of the MMP members.

You can join MMP in a Team Build or from a Solo Build. The entry point of where we all join, is in Matrix 1. Where it will make a difference is when the member upgrades to Matrix 2 and beyond because beginning with Matrix 2, the Levels are Force Fed Matrices.

If you join from a Solo Build, you are completely in the hands of that individual to help you build your team below you. You are relying on their help.

Joining a Team Build, you literally have tons of people helping you build your business downline because you receive spill over.

Just to give an example of the potential growth ability as the matrices fill, here is an example of an MMP account showing how Matrix 2 is filling now with the GlobalTeam Build... No gaps ... Just the perfectly built, force fed matrix.
